Roasted Parmesan-Garlic Carrots

Elevate carrots with roasted garlic, Parmesan, and a burst of flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound carrots, peeled
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and elegantly line a baking sheet with shimmering aluminum foil.
  • Combine olive oil and garlic salt in a small bowl, then transfer the mixture to a large resealable plastic bag. Toss in the carrots, seal the bag, and shake until the carrots are fully coated. Spread the coated carrots on the baking sheet.
  • Roast carrots in preheated oven for 45 minutes until crisp-tender. Sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese over carrots and continue roasting for 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is lightly browned. Top with more Parmesan cheese to taste before serving.
