Garlic Parmesan roasted kohlrabi - a tasty and crispy vegetable side.
Ingredients:
  • 4 kohlrabi bulbs, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.33333334326744 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to a toasty 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  • Slice the kohlrabi into 1/4-inch thick half-moons.
  • In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add kohlrabi slices and toss to coat evenly.
  • Arrange the kohlrabi slices evenly on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally for even browning, until golden brown.
  • Take out of the oven and generously sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Pop back into the oven until the cheese turns golden brown, approximately 5 minutes. Serve right away.
