Garlic Parmesan roasted potato wedges - a flavorful side or snack.
Ingredients:
  • 3 large russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, coat potato wedges with olive oil and Parmesan cheese, ensuring they are evenly covered.
  • In a small bowl, combine Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Sprinkle the mixture over the wedges and toss them until coated. Place the wedges skin-side down on a rimmed baking sheet for baking.
  • Roast until perfectly tender and golden, approximately 40 minutes in the preheated oven.
