Ingredients:
  • 6 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 7 baking potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Take garlic cloves and arrange them in a small baking dish. Generously drizzle with high-quality olive oil, cover the dish, and bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until the garlic turns a beautiful golden brown color.
  • 1. Boil a large pot of water seasoned with a pinch of salt. Cook the potatoes until tender yet firm. Drain and transfer to a spacious mixing bowl.
  • Combine the fragrant roasted garlic, creamy milk, savory Parmesan cheese, and rich butter with the potatoes in a bowl. Season generously with salt and pepper and whip to your preferred smoothness using an electric mixer.
