Family-friendly roasted cauliflower with garlic and Parmesan.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 large head cauliflower, separated into florets
  • 0.33333334326744 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Prepare all your ingredients.
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 450 degrees F (220 degrees C) while generously greasing a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  • In a large resealable bag, mix olive oil and garlic. Add cauliflower, seal the bag, and shake it until cauliflower is evenly coated. Transfer to a casserole dish and season with salt and pepper.
  • Roast in the oven for 25 minutes, giving it a good stir halfway through.
  • Take out of the oven and preheat the broiler.
  • Top the cauliflower with a generous dusting of Parmesan cheese and freshly chopped parsley.
  • Place the dish back in the oven and broil for 3 to 5 minutes until it turns a beautiful golden brown color.
  • Garnish and savor while hot!
