Delicious herb-roasted cauliflower with garlic and Parmesan cheese, cooked in a skillet in the oven.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small sweet onion, sliced
  • salt to taste
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 head cauliflower, broken into florets
  • 0.5 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) for a perfectly cooked dish.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion and salt in olive oil until softened, about 15 minutes. Stir in garlic, basil, thyme, and parsley.
  • Combine the cauliflower and toss gently until well mixed.
  • Roast in the oven for 35 minutes, remembering to stir halfway through.
  • Liberally dust cauliflower with Parmesan cheese and present elegantly.
