Skillet-roasted fingerling potatoes with herbed butter for a flavorful and effortless side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds fingerling potatoes
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons garlic powder, divided
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 0.33 cup butter, melted
  • 1.5 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 1.5 tablespoons chopped fresh sage
Instructions:
  • Mix potatoes with oil and 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Add potato mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are golden brown and fully cooked, about 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Combine melted butter, remaining garlic powder, thyme, and sage in a bowl until fully mixed. Drizzle over potatoes.
