Whip up a tasty garlic lemon roasted cauliflower side dish in a snap!
Ingredients:
  • 1 head (about 2 1/4 pound) cauliflower, trimmed and cut into florets
  • 3 large cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • "Assemble all your ingredients."
  • Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) to get it nice and hot for baking.
  • Combine cauliflower florets and garlic in a spacious bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season generously with salt and pepper. Toss well to coat, and spread onto a baking pan in a single layer.
  • Roast in a hot oven for 15 minutes, flip cauliflower, and roast until tender, for another 10 minutes.
  • Garnish cauliflower with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese before serving.
