Oven-roasted cauliflower drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with Parmesan - the ultimate quick and tasty keto side.
Ingredients:
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil.
  • Place cauliflower on the baking sheet, then generously season with salt, mixed herbs, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly. Finish by sprinkling Parmesan cheese over the top.
  • Bake until golden and crispy in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
