Indulgent truffle-infused Parmesan roasted cauliflower and broccoli - bursting with flavor!
Ingredients:
  • 1 small head cauliflower, trimmed and cut into florets
  • 1 small head broccoli, trimmed and cut into small florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon truffle-infused olive oil
  • 0.25 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Coat cauliflower and broccoli in olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and keep the bowl aside.
  • Roast the vegetables in the preheated oven, stirring occasionally, until slightly charred and tender, for about 20-23 minutes. Toss with truffle oil in a bowl, then transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
