Elevate popcorn with a gourmet twist from Katie Quinn Davies - the perfect stylish food gift.
Ingredients:
  • 80ml sunflower oil
  • 375g packet popcorn kernels
  • 1-19.20 gm truffle salt (see notes) or sea salt flakes
  • 80g parmesan
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan or stockpot over medium heat, combine 2 tablespoons of oil and half of the popcorn kernels. Cover and cook, shaking occasionally, for 3-4 minutes until all kernels pop. Transfer to a large bowl. Repeat the process with the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil and popcorn kernels.
  • While warm, mix in truffle salt and Parmesan with the popcorn, ensuring they are well combined. Adjust the seasoning with additional truffle salt or Parmesan to suit your taste. Serve in homemade paper cones or large bowls.
