Microwave-precooked whole cauliflower coated in Parmesan, mayo, and garlic for irresistible savory taste.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (3 pound) cauliflower
  • 0.25 cup water, or as needed
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Prepare the cauliflower by removing the leaves and core. Place it in a microwave-safe dish and add enough water to reach 1 inch in depth.
  • Microwave on high for 8 minutes, then drain.
  • Combine creamy mayonnaise, flavorful Parmesan cheese, and aromatic garlic until perfectly mixed in a small bowl. Generously spread this delectable mixture all over the cauliflower.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until tender and golden brown. Top with fresh chives before serving.
