Roasted Pork Chops with Cheesy Vegetables

Simple family-friendly supper with only 5 ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (24 oz) Value Size frozen broccoli, carrots, cauliflower & cheese sauce
  • 1 bag (19 oz) Value Size frozen roasted potatoes with garlic & herb sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon cracked pepper
  • 4 boneless pork loin chops, trimmed of fat (about 4 oz each)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Grease a 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. Allow frozen vegetables to sit at room temperature for 5 minutes to partially thaw.
  • Combine Italian herb seasoning and pepper in a small bowl, then generously season the pork chops with this mixture. Next, place the partially thawed vegetables in the center of the pan and surround them with the seasoned pork chops.
  • Roast in the oven for 25-35 minutes, ensuring to toss the vegetables halfway through, until pork is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F, and the vegetables are tender. Serve immediately while hot.
