"Indulge in a comforting classic: cheesy rice topped with savory oven-roasted pork chops."
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1.5 cups uncooked rice

  • 1 cup water
  • 4 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound boneless pork chops
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 3-quart casserole dish.
  • Whisk chicken broth, rice, cream of chicken soup, and water in a casserole dish until smooth. Mix in Cheddar cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  • Arrange the pork chops on top of the rice mixture in a single layer and generously season with black pepper.
  • Bake in a hot oven until the rice in the center is tender and the pork chops are beautifully golden brown, approximately 80 minutes.
