Irresistible pork chop casserole baked with creamy mushroom sauce, potatoes, onion, and cheese. Easy and delicious crowd favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 6 boneless pork chops
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the pork chops in hot oil.
  • In a medium bowl, mix condensed soup and milk. Spread potatoes and onions in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Lay browned pork chops on top of the potatoes and onions, and then pour the soup mixture over the dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
