Speedy skillet pork chop wraps: Juicy pork chop slices seared and rolled with gooey cheese and tasty toppings in a tortilla.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (5 ounce) boneless pork loin chop
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt, or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • fresh-ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 (12 inch) flour tortilla
  • 3 tablespoons salsa or guacamole
  • 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Season the pork chop with the flavorful blend of onion salt, cayenne, and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, heat vegetable oil. Cook the pork chop until it is beautifully browned on both sides, around 4 minutes per side. Slice the pork chop into 1/4 inch strips, place back into the skillet, and continue cooking until no longer pink.
  • Spread the vibrant salsa or creamy guacamole in the middle of the tortilla, then generously sprinkle with rich Cheddar cheese. Layer the savory pork strips on top and elegantly roll the tortilla into a luscious wrap.
