Tangy lemon herb pork chops seared to perfection, topped with flavorful feta cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup crumbled feta cheese with basil and sun-dried tomatoes
Instructions:
  • Combine fragrant rosemary, aromatic basil, pungent garlic, and bold pepper in a small bowl.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil. Coat pork chops in lemon juice and season both sides with herb mixture. Add pork chops to the skillet and sear each side for approximately 7 minutes. Lower the heat and sprinkle feta cheese over the chops. Cover the skillet and cook until the cheese starts to melt, approximately 5 minutes.
