Creamy chicken sauce over tender baked pork chops, cabbage, and potatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 small head cabbage, shredded
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • salt to taste
  • 0.5 (10.75 ounce) can water
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 4 pork chops
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Begin with a luxurious layer of shredded cabbage followed by a delightful layer of thinly sliced potatoes. Repeat this mouthwatering combination, generously seasoning each layer with a touch of salt.
  • Simmer diced onion with soup and water until fragrant, then pour over cabbage and potatoes.
  • Brown each pork chop in a skillet with a touch of oil, then transfer them on top of the mixture. Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hours or until the chops are tender.
