Flavor-packed roasted broccoli with spicy Szechuan sauce of chile oil, soy sauce, and black vinegar.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound broccoli florets, cut into bite-size pieces
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chile oil
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chinese black vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  • Mix the broccoli with a drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of salt, and a dash of pepper in a large bowl. Spread the seasoned broccoli out on the sheet pan.
  • Simply bake until golden brown in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix together the bold flavors of chile oil, soy sauce, black vinegar, and sugar. Drizzle this irresistible sauce over the roasted broccoli.
