Ingredients:
  • 6-8 egg tomatoes, halved lengthwise
  • 13.80 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 bunch fresh oregano
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 150°C for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Arrange the tomatoes cut side up on a baking tray and generously drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, then adorn with fresh oregano leaves for a burst of flavor.
  • Roast in a preheated oven for 45 minutes until cooked to perfection. Allow to cool to room temperature. For a later feast, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Remember to bring it back to room temperature before serving.
