Ingredients:
  • 1kg cherry truss tomatoes
  • 40.00 ml balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper and arrange the tomatoes on it. Drizzle with oil and vinegar, then season generously with pepper.
  • Roast the tomatoes until they just start to collapse, for about 15 minutes. Serve and cut the truss into portions using scissors.
