"Turkey and veggie roast pizza - a delicious twist on a classic dish."
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 335g 97% fat-free pizza bases
  • 99.00 gm basil pesto
  • 500.00 ml sliced roasted vegetables (such as potato, pumpkin, onion)
  • 90g whole turkey
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 125.00 ml grated light mozzarella cheese
  • 30g baby spinach
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 220°C. Place the pizza bases on 2 baking trays and generously spread them with pesto.
  • Distribute vegetables, turkey, and tomatoes evenly on pizza bases. Sprinkle generously with cheese. Bake for 10 minutes, then flip pizzas over in the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the bases are crispy and the cheese is melted. Finish by adding fresh spinach on top, season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.
