Indulge in a luscious, veggie-packed dip for a delectable treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup creamy Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil-flavored or regular cooking spray
  • 1 medium red or yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/2 pound green beans
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppered seasoned salt
Instructions:
  • Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and Caesar dressing in a large bowl. Add cheese and mix well. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
  • Preheat the oven to 450°F and generously coat a 15 1/2x10 1/2x1 inch jelly roll pan with cooking spray.
  • In a pan, combine bell pepper, beans, and cauliflower. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Mix well to coat all the veggies evenly.
  • Bake the vegetables uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes until they are crisp-tender. Arrange them on a serving plate and serve warm with dip.
