Crispy za'atar roasted creamer potatoes, tender inside, bursting with flavor, perfect side for meat.
Ingredients:
  • nonstick aluminum foil
  • 1 (1.5 pound) package small creamer potatoes (such as The Little Potato Company® dynamic duo potatoes)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons za'atar seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and neatly line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • In a large bowl, combine potatoes with olive oil, za'atar, and salt, tossing to coat evenly. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Preheat the oven and roast for 12 minutes, then stir the potatoes and roast for another 12 minutes. Stir again and continue cooking until crispy, approximately 4 more minutes. Finish by garnishing with parsley.
