Honey-infused salad with a perfect balance of textures.
Ingredients:
  • 1 red oak leaf lettuce, leaves torn
  • 2 bunches rocket, trimmed
  • 150g gorgonzola, crumbled
  • 90g (2/3 cup) walnut pieces, toasted, coarsely chopped
  • 1 red onion, halved, cut into thin wedges
  • 36.40 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 30.00 ml white balsamic vinegar
  • 28.60 gm honey
Instructions:
  • Combine fresh lettuce, arugula, crumbled gorgonzola cheese, toasted walnuts, and thinly sliced onion in a large mixing bowl.
  • Combine oil, vinegar, lemon juice, and honey in a bowl to create a delicious dressing. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
