Rockmelon and strawberry rockets

Elevate your picnic with these fruity marshmallow delights!
Ingredients:
  • 1kg rockmelon
  • 8 large strawberries
  • 16 vanilla marshmallows
Instructions:
  • Cut the rockmelon into 8 pieces measuring 2cm x 8cm each. Trim the two long sides of each piece to create a rocket tail shape.
  • Slice strawberries into three thick horizontal pieces.
  • Create a rocket ship by threading rockmelon, strawberry pieces, and marshmallows onto skewers, as shown in the picture. Serve and enjoy!
