Elevate rocky road ice-cream with bold flavors in a simple dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1 litre reduced-fat chocolate and vanilla ice-cream
  • 50g red glace cherries, quartered
  • 120g marshmallows, halved
  • 21.25 gm light desiccated coconut
Instructions:
  • Place scoops of creamy ice-cream into a spacious bowl. Allow it to sit for 5 minutes to reach the perfect creamy consistency. Gently fold in juicy cherries, fluffy marshmallows, and sweet coconut until evenly mixed.
  • Transfer the mixture into a sealable container and freeze for 3 hours or until it becomes firm. Scoop the delicious ice cream into bowls and serve to enjoy.
