Decadent rocky road ice cream with creamy condensed milk, heavy cream, and mini marshmallows topped with nuts.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 0.5 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over low heat, combine condensed milk and cocoa, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Stir in heavy cream, light cream, and vanilla. Chill in the refrigerator until cold, about 1 hour.
  • Transfer the mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's instructions for freezing. Add marshmallows and nuts halfway through churning.
