Australian summer sparkling sangria.
Ingredients:
125g punnet raspberries
100g strawberries, thinly sliced
1orange, thinly sliced
1cinnamon stick
60ml cointreau
40.00 gm caster sugar
750ml rose wine, chilled
500ml lemonade
Crushedice, to serve
Instructions:
Mix together raspberries, strawberries, orange slices, cinnamon, Cointreau or orange liqueur, and caster sugar in a large jug. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
Pour in refreshing chilled rosé wine and zesty lemonade. Remove and discard the cinnamon stick. Finish with crushed ice and serve promptly for a delightful experience.
