Australian summer sparkling sangria.
Ingredients:
  • 125g punnet raspberries
  • 100g strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 60ml cointreau
  • 40.00 gm caster sugar
  • 750ml rose wine, chilled
  • 500ml lemonade
  • Crushed ice, to serve
Instructions:
  • Mix together raspberries, strawberries, orange slices, cinnamon, Cointreau or orange liqueur, and caster sugar in a large jug. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
  • Pour in refreshing chilled rosé wine and zesty lemonade. Remove and discard the cinnamon stick. Finish with crushed ice and serve promptly for a delightful experience.
