Elevate your holiday party with a festive cinnamon Christmas cocktail using sparkling red grape juice for a non-alcoholic twist.
Ingredients:
  • 125ml orange juice
  • 2 tsp orange zest
  • 1 cinnamon stick or quill
  • 4 whole cloves
  • 55g caster sugar
  • 500ml lemonade
  • 750ml bottle rosé wine or sparkling red grape juice
  • 120g fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 120g fresh raspberries
  • Watermelon balls, to serve
  • Mint leaves, to serve
  • Ice cubes, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over low heat, gently blend orange juice, orange zest, cinnamon, cloves, and sugar. Stir for 5 mins until sugar dissolves. Take off heat and let sit for 30 mins to infuse.
  • Pour the orange mixture through a fine sieve into a serving jug. Next, top it off with lemonade and wine or grape juice. Finally, garnish with strawberries, raspberries, watermelon balls, mint, and ice before serving.
