Whip up our flavorful Rosemary Chicken and Spinach Pasta in just 25 minutes. Featuring succulent chicken, fragrant rosemary, and fresh baby spinach.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (16 oz) cavatappi pasta
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 to 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 3 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Prepare the pasta according to package instructions, then drain it.
  • Infuse oil with fragrant rosemary in a large skillet or Dutch oven over low heat for at least 15 minutes. Remove and discard the rosemary, then add chicken and cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes until warm.
  • Add in the perfectly cooked pasta and fresh spinach, gently mix everything together. Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the spinach starts to wilt. Don't forget to season with a sprinkle of salt and pepper to enhance the flavors.
