Spicy Cajun seasoning enhances rosemary chicken with savory caramelized onions and olive oil for a delicious twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt free Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
  • 1 onion, finely diced
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a 9x13-inch glass baking dish, place chicken breasts and add oil, salt, and Cajun seasoning. Gently coat chicken with your hands. Sprinkle fresh rosemary if using, or crush and sprinkle dried rosemary. Mix with hands to ensure even coating. Top with diced onions, cover, and bake until onions caramelize and chicken is cooked through, about 25 to 35 minutes in preheated oven.
