Roasted butternut squash with fragrant rosemary and garlic is a perfect fall side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 butternut squash, peeled and cubed
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, or more to taste
  • sea salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Coat butternut squash cubes, garlic, fresh rosemary, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly mixed. Transfer the mixture to a spacious baking dish.
  • Roast in preheated oven until the squash is sweetly caramelized and beautifully golden brown, for about 45 to 50 minutes.
