Craft an enchanting Italian feast for outdoor dining.
Ingredients:
  • 200g olive
  • 1 garlic clove, halved
  • 1 rosemary sprig
  • 1 fresh bay leaf (see note)
Instructions:
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, seal with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours, or ideally overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F for wood-fired). Place olives in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes until warmed through.
