Delicious Argentinean rosemary steak from Buenos Aires.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 4 New York strip steaks, cut 1-inch thick
Instructions:
  • Mix together the red wine, salt, and fragrant rosemary in a small bowl. Allow the flavors to meld beautifully at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Preheat a large cast iron skillet or griddle over high heat. Sear steaks until desired doneness, approximately 8 minutes per side, ensuring they reach an internal temperature of 135°F (62°C) for medium-rare.
  • Pour the flavorful red wine mixture over the juicy steaks in the skillet and allow it to boil for 1 minute. Serve the steaks with the delectable sauce on a deep platter.
