Elevate gin cocktails with rosemary and ginger for a refreshing and flavorful twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.33333334326744 cup packed fresh rosemary leaves
  • 0.33333334326744 cup coarsely chopped fresh ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup gin
  • 1 cup rosemary-ginger simple syrup
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 0.5 cup fresh lime juice
  • 10 ice cubes
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine all syrup ingredients and bring to a gentle boil. Stir until the sugar has completely dissolved, which should take about 1 minute. Remove from heat, cover, and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
  • Pass mixture through fine-mesh sieve, pressing down on solids to get all the flavorful liquid out. Chill until needed.
  • In a cocktail shaker, mix gin, 1 cup of rosemary-ginger simple syrup, sparkling water, and lime juice. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously until cold. Pour 3/4 cup into each of the 8 glasses and enjoy!
