Ingredients:
  • 1 (2 pound) pork roast
  • 0.33333334326744 cup Chardonnay wine
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Score the pork roast with a fork and place it in a roasting bag. Drizzle wine over the roast, then sprinkle with ginger, garlic, rosemary, and black pepper. Seal the bag tightly.
  • Cook the pork until it is slightly pink in the center, for about 1 hour or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center registers at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
