Ingredients:
  • 4 cups chopped rhubarb
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 (10 ounce) package frozen sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 0.33333334326744 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup sifted all-purpose flour
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine the rhubarb, white sugar, tapioca, and salt in a large bowl, ensuring everything is evenly coated. Allow the mixture to sit for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
