Elevate vanilla ice-cream with rum and raisin flavor effortlessly.
Ingredients:
  • 250.00 ml raisins
  • 125.00 ml dark rum
  • 2 litres vanilla ice-cream
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, combine raisins and rum over medium heat until simmering. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
  • Pulse raisin mixture until chopped, then combine with softened ice cream. Transfer back to container or an optional pan, smooth the top, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze overnight until set. Allow the ice cream to soften for 5 minutes before serving.
