Indulgent rum and raisin yeast bread, made effortlessly in your bread machine.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 2 tablespoons rum
  • 0.5 cup raisins
  • 1 tablespoon dry milk powder
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon rum flavored extract
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons active dry yeast
Instructions:
  • Soak raisins in rum in a small bowl for 30 minutes, then drain.
  • Add ingredients to the pan following the manufacturer's recommended order. Select the regular setting for a 1-pound loaf.
  • Add the raisins when the Fruit setting signals or approximately 5 minutes before the kneading cycle is complete.
