Zesty herb and spice mix for flavorful rustic chicken rub.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups packed brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup dried cilantro
  • 0.5 cup dried tarragon
  • 0.5 cup coarse salt
  • 0.33333334326744 cup dried basil
  • 0.33333334326744 cup onion powder
  • 0.33333334326744 cup garlic powder
  • 0.25 cup dried lemon zest
  • 0.25 cup dried parsley
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Hungarian paprika
Instructions:
  • Combine brown sugar, cilantro, tarragon, salt, basil, onion powder, garlic powder, dried lemon zest, parsley, black pepper, and paprika in a food processor until thoroughly mixed. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container for storage.
