Indulge in decadent chocolate mini cakes made with Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ cake mix and creamy white frosting – a must-have dessert for chocolate enthusiasts.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
  • 3 bars (1.55 oz each) milk chocolate candy, unwrapped, separated into pieces
  • 1 tub (12 oz) Betty Crocker™ Whipped Fluffy White Frosting
  • 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow crème
  • 3 graham cracker rectangles
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line 24 mini muffin cups with mini paper baking cups.
  • Prepare the cake mix as instructed on the box with water, oil, and eggs. Fill muffin cups two-thirds full. Keep the remaining batter covered in the refrigerator until ready to use. Allow the pan to cool for 15 minutes before reusing. Cut each chocolate candy piece in half and press one half into the batter in each muffin cup.
  • Bake the cupcakes for 12 to 15 minutes until the surface appears dry. Allow them to cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to cooling racks to cool completely. Repeat the process with the rest of the batter and chocolate pieces to make 48 more mini cupcakes.
  • Combine frosting and marshmallow crème in a medium bowl. Spread the mixture over the cupcakes. Place graham crackers in a resealable bag, crush them with a rolling pin, and sprinkle over the cupcakes.
