S’mores Poke Brownies

Indulgent S'mores brownies with gooey marshmallow creme, rich hot fudge, crunchy graham crackers, and toasted marshmallows on top.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
  • 1 cup marshmallow creme
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 jar (about 12 oz) hot fudge topping
  • 1 cup broken up graham crackers
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and generously spray a 9-inch square pan with cooking spray.
  • Cool the brownies for 30 minutes after baking as directed on the box. Using a wooden dowel, evenly poke holes about 1 inch apart all the way down to the bottom of the pan.
  • Microwave marshmallow crème in a small bowl on High for 30 seconds until soft. Stir in water until smooth and pourable. Drizzle over brownies and let stand for 30 minutes.
  • Start by generously layering half of the hot fudge topping over the brownies. Sprinkle broken graham crackers and miniature marshmallows on top. Place the dish in the oven and set it to broil. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown. Finish off by drizzling the remaining hot fudge topping. When serving time comes, cut into 4 rows by 4 rows.
