Indulge in summer vibes with these portable s'mores brownie sticks, topped with fluffy marshmallow dip and graham cracker sprinkles. A classic treat, no campfire required!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Delights Supreme Original Brownie Mix
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 craft sticks
  • 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme
  • 5 graham cracker rectangles, crushed
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (or 325°F for dark or nonstick pan) and line a 9-inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang. Prepare and bake the brownies according to the instructions on the box for a cake-like texture. Allow the brownies to cool completely on a rack for about 1 1/2 hours.
  • Chill the brownies in the freezer for 30 minutes. Once firm, lift them out of the pan using parchment paper, cut them into 15 rectangular pieces, and insert a craft stick into each. Place them on a large cookie sheet and freeze for another 30 minutes.
  • Place the marshmallow creme in a small microwavable bowl and microwave on 50% power for 30 seconds. Stir until smooth. If needed, microwave in 5-second increments. Dip the top half of each brownie into the marshmallow creme and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers. Lay the brownies flat on waxed paper or parchment paper and serve right away.
