Indulge in frozen s'mores with marshmallow crème, graham cookies, and ice cream.

Ingredients:

About 3 tablespoons marshmallow creme
16 fudge-covered graham cookies (1 1/2x1 3/4 inches each)
1/2 cup chocolate chip ice cream

Instructions:

On one cookie, dollop a generous teaspoon of marshmallow creme. Add a luscious half tablespoon of ice cream on top. Seal the deal with another cookie and gently press down. Arrange in a shallow pan and pop it in the freezer right away. Repeat for the rest of the sandwiches, freezing each as you go.
Chill for a minimum of 3 hours until solid. Individually wrap each in plastic wrap or wax paper.
