Year-round crowd-pleasing s'mores with just 3 ingredients in under 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • Graham crackers, for serving
Instructions:
  • Prepare the dip by placing the chocolate chips in a 10-inch cast iron or oven-safe skillet, ensuring they are evenly spread out. Next, top the chocolate chips evenly with the marshmallows. If you do not have a cast iron skillet, a 9- to 10-inch baking dish is a suitable alternative.
  • Preheat your oven to 450°F, placing racks in both the lower and upper thirds.
  • To make the dip, start by baking the skillet on the lower rack until the marshmallows soften and turn a light golden brown, approximately 5 minutes. Then, move the skillet to the top third of the oven and bake for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown and toasty. Serve the dip warm with graham crackers.
