S'mores Ice-Cream Sandwiches

Combine ice-cream sandwiches and s'mores for a delicious summer treat!
Ingredients:
  • 32 graham cracker squares
  • 1/2 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Chocolate Frosting
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow creme
  • 1/2 gallon brick-style chocolate ice cream
Instructions:
  • Line the bottom of a 15 1/2x10 1/2x1 inch ungreased jelly roll pan with 16 graham crackers. Top each cracker with frosting. Spread marshmallow creme on one side of the remaining crackers.
  • Cut the ice cream into four 3/4-inch-thick slices, then cut each slice into fourths to make 16 pieces. Lay one piece of ice cream on each cracker in the pan. Top with the remaining crackers, marshmallow sides down, and press lightly.
  • Chill in the freezer for approximately 2 hours until solid. Individually wrap each sandwich in foil or plastic wrap and store in the freezer.
