Elevate chicken with savory pot roast-inspired flavors, using store-bought gravy for a comforting twist.
Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 3 medium unpeeled russet potatoes, cut into 3/4-inch pieces (3 cups)
  • 1 1/2 cups baby-cut carrots
  • 1 jar (12 oz) home-style chicken gravy
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper blend
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F and generously spray a 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray before beautifully arranging the chicken, potatoes, and carrots in the dish.
  • Combine gravy, Worcestershire sauce, sage, and garlic pepper in a small bowl. Pour this flavorful mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Spray a sheet of foil with cooking spray and cover the baking dish, making sure the sprayed side is facing down.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the chicken juices run clear when thickest part is cut.
