Artichoke heart salad with mixed greens, red onion, vinaigrette, and Parmesan.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts in water, drained
  • 0.5 red onion, sliced
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, toss together mixed greens, artichoke hearts, and onion.
  • In a separate bowl, whip up oil, vinegar, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and pepper until well combined. Drizzle your preferred amount of dressing over the salad, and toss to ensure everything is coated evenly.
  • Garnish with a generous amount of grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
