Homemade pizza: fun for kids, easy for dinner, perfect for hands-on eating!
Ingredients:
  • 250ml (1 cup) Napoletana Pasta Sauce
  • 1 x 440g pkt (two pack) Gourmet Pizza Bases
  • 150g (1 1/2 cups) coarsely grated mozzarella
  • 100g sliced salami
  • 100g sliced button mushrooms
  • 1 bunch asparagus, woody ends trimmed, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 82.50 ml fresh basil leaves
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a piping-hot 250°C and place 2 baking trays on the top 2 shelves to get them nice and heated up.
  • Spread the sauce evenly on the pizza bases, sprinkle with mozzarella, then layer on the salami, mushroom, and asparagus for a delicious topping.
  • Arrange the pizzas on the trays in the oven. Bake for 10 minutes, swapping trays halfway through, until the mozzarella is melted. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
